Eliza
Park International's popular young sire Love Conquers All posted his first
winner at Doomben on Saturday when the Liam Birchley trained two year-old Boom
Shucka won as he pleased.
Second on debut at Toowoomba last month, Boom Shucka was sent out favourite for
the 1050 metre dash and led all the way to win by more than five lengths.
Gelded between his first and second runs, Boom Shucka has obviously made a
speedy recovery and has a bright future.
A $25,000 Inglis Classic Summer Book purchase from the draft of Davali
Thoroughbreds, Boom Shucka is the third winner from three foals to race from
stakes-placed Montelimar.
A Group II winning son of Mossman, Love Conquers All stands at a fee of $11,000
at Eliza Park International in Queensland.
