Singo to Send Two More to Frankel

Tara Madgwick - Saturday July 26
With star mares More Joyous and More Strawberries safely in foal to Frankel and due to foal at Strawberry Hill Stud in coming months, John Singleton has decided to roll the dice again in sending two more mares to the Northern Hemisphere to be covered by the unbeaten champion.

FrankelTriple Group I winner Samantha Miss, who has already left two minor winners in Sun Force and Sammy's Girl, has been booked to Frankel along with blue-blooded Zabeel mare Deedra, a half-sister to Tuesday Joy and Sunday Joy, who is already a stakes producer as the dam of Group III winner War.

Both Samantha Miss and Deedra missed in Australia last year so are without foal this spring.

Samantha Miss has a weanling colt by Street Cry (IRE) and Deedra has a weanling filly by More Than Ready (USA).

Strawberry Hill sell a number of yearlings each year and auction houses here will be hoping one of these Frankel's find their way to a sale ring where they will undoubtedly be a major drawcard.
